**Terms of Payment**

A full payment (100%) of the total amount is required to finalize the reservation. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment 24 hours prior to departure for both private and panoramic flights.

**Cancellation Policy**

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to departure are eligible for a 100% refund for all private and panoramic flights. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of departure or in the event of a no-show.
