Overview

At the heart of Larvotto are two majestic state-owned towers, 27 and 30 storeys high (95 and 100 metres respectively). These emblematic buildings are among the tallest residential buildings on the Côte d'Azur. Comprising 348 state-owned apartments, they are distinguished by their panoramic balconies, offering breathtaking views of Monaco and the Mediterranean Sea. The ensemble is harmoniously complemented by superb landscaped gardens and well-kept public spaces, inviting you to relax and enjoy.
