Worth knowing

  • Built by J.B. Pastor & Fils on the site of the 1931 Palais de la Plage, the last old building on the Larvotto seafront, demolished in February 2015; the new 15-floor building was handed over on 23 December 2020.
  • Only 12 flats: ten identical full-floor four-room flats of more than 550 m² (419 m² inside), then a five-room duplex of 995 m² and a ten-room triplex of 1,903 m² on the top five levels, both with a pool.
  • The lift opens directly into each flat, and the living rooms look out to sea.
  • Designed by Suzanne Belaieff with L'Archi-tecte after an international competition; 41 parking spaces underground, reached through the Larvotto public car park, and two shops at street level.
