1. Who you contract with

The membership is provided by MonacoWebPix (RCI Monaco 25P10884), publisher of MonacoTop. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy sells you the subscription, issues the invoices, collects any VAT due and processes the card. Its own buyer terms apply to the payment.

A membership is for professionals acting for their business. Consumer cooling-off rules do not apply to it.

2. Approval

A firm first registers and is reviewed by our editors, usually within one business day. Prices are shown in the firm's console once it is approved. We may decline a firm whose activity, licence or contact details we cannot confirm, and we say why.

3. Plans

Three plans are offered. Active listings are those published or awaiting review; drafts do not count. Placement follows “How listings are ordered” in the Terms of Service. The account owner manages billing, the storefront and the team; agents manage their own listings and enquiries. A firm listed free of charge keeps its unlimited listings and accounts and can take Maison or Privé for their placement; its free listing continues if the plan ends.

• Atelier: up to 10 active listings, one user account, standard placement.
• Maison: up to 40 active listings, up to five user accounts, placed above Atelier members and firms listed free of charge in category pages.
• Privé: unlimited listings and user accounts, placed first among member firms in category pages, a share of the two homepage places reserved for Privé members, a direct line to our team and help setting up the storefront.

4. Price, billing and renewal

Each plan is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in euros, at the price shown in the console when you subscribe. A year costs ten times the monthly price. VAT is added where it applies, as shown at checkout.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled. A new price applies only to new subscriptions: a running subscription keeps its price.

5. Changing plan

The owner can change plan, or switch between monthly and yearly billing, at any time from the console. A dearer plan is charged at once, in proportion to the time left in the current period; a cheaper one is credited against the next invoice. A smaller plan can be chosen only when the firm's active listings and user accounts fit within it.

6. Cancellation and refunds

The owner can cancel at any time from the billing portal. The membership stays active, and the storefront online, until the end of the period already paid, and it can be resumed until then.

Fees for a period that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires it. A duplicate payment taken by mistake is refunded in full.

7. Failed payment

If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy retries it several times over about two weeks, and the storefront stays online meanwhile. If every attempt fails, the storefront and its listings are hidden until a payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted.

8. Listings

Every listing is reviewed before it is published. The firm confirms that it is entitled to market each property, yacht or vehicle it lists, and that prices, photographs and descriptions are accurate and kept up to date. We may refuse or remove a listing that breaches these terms, the Terms of Service or the law, and we say why.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend a storefront for a serious or repeated breach, and we give the reasons in writing. We give at least 30 days' notice before ending a membership, unless the law or a serious breach allows us to end it at once. A firm can contest any such decision by writing to [email protected].

10. Changes to these terms

We email members at least 15 days before a change takes effect. A member who does not accept it can cancel before it applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Principality of Monaco. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Principality of Monaco.
