Worth knowing
- Monaco's first modern residential high-rise, opened in 1963 by developer Gildo Pastor and named after the river in Philadelphia, Princess Grace's home city; she inaugurated it.
- Under full renovation since January 2024 to a design by Zaha Hadid Architects: the structure is brought up to seismic standards and the top floors are rebuilt as new penthouses; completion is expected in 2027.
- After the works it will hold 142 flats, from studios to large duplexes, offered only for long-term rent by the Pastor family company that owns it.
- New shared facilities: club-house, gym and spa with indoor pool, plus 153 parking spaces.
